This beautiful dessert belongs to Museum Cafe at ARTIZON MUSEUM. They always offer beautiful and tasty food and desserts inspired by great artwork. This is…sorry, I can’t remember the detail, maybe a kind of cheesecake, inspired by Claude Monet? Anyway, what I remember about it is that it is so tasty. The vast space, their collection, location which is so close to Tokyo station, high sense of the interior and staff uniform, etc…everything is outstanding as a private museum. Despite the remarkable quality, the price of entrance fee or food and drink is low. Why? I don’t know. But, I strongly recommend visiting it. Kyo-bashi station on METRO Ginza line is the nearest station.
