The months you must not come

Regarding weather and temperature, I always worry about the visitor’s condition and feelings, especially in mid-summer. First and foremost, I would like to say that you must not come in June, July, and August. June is too much rain. July is too hot. August is the hottest. And all 3 months are too humid. But as these are also summer seasons, many festivals and events are to be held, some of which are worth watching. If you still want to come, you must prepare for summer’s heat. The following link is the page introducing goods that provide you the coolness. September is also almost summer even though the autumn season. It’s still hot. In contrast, the few very comfortable months are May and October. April and November are good, too.

During summertime, the cool mist is released into the street to cool the air. In this photo, you can see a piece of equipment (with tiny tubes that release cool mist) installed on the trees and poles. It has tine tubes. This is the MARUNOUCHI NAKA St. near Tokyo station.

I always bring a parasol with me when going out in mid-summer. It’s effective!
